Here at the BraeBurn Inn we have several booking options available.

The simplest is to phone us during office hours (11 am to 11 pm on week days and 1:30 pm to 11 pm on weekends and holidays) at 306-332-5757.
Please keep in mind we do not have a person sitting at a desk awaiting telephone calls, so please do leave us a message if we are not around the office at the time you phone. We try to check for the message-light every time we pass the office.
The phone will ring twice before our system answers. Dial 0 to get through if you wish. The phone then rings five or six times so we can answer in case we are nearby. Otherwise you can leave a message.
Please let us know:
- How many beds you are looking for,
- how many nights you need,
- when you wish to start
- and if you need a kitchenette
- also please leave your phone number so we can get back to you
Booking Rooms on-line
We do not make our rooms available on-line any more because we were not using that feature and because we do hold rooms in case work-crews need them.
Work crews tend to stay three or four nights in a row and often for several weeks a year. That’s what keeps us alive and able to continue offering rooms here in Fort Qu’Appelle — one and two-night stays once every few years simply does not do that.

This option works well while on specific room pages under Our Rooms. Anywhere else, just enter your booking dates to see if the room in which you are interested is available on those dates.
Not Available?
If the room you are trying to book is not available, please phone us during office hours afternoons or evenings at 306-332-5757 ext. 0, or contact us via e-mail but include your phone number. Let us know which room or type you wish to book (single with one king-size bed or double with two queen-size beds and kitchenette or in the case of Room 19, two double beds and kitchenette), how many people, how many nights and starting when. Leave us your name and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Three Months in Advance
If you are booking three months or more in advance, we do require cancellation notice before one month in advance of 3 pm CST on the date for which you have booked your first night.
After that, the first night of your stay will be non-refundable at the one-night rate (billable and non-refundable in case of cancellation unless, of course, you do make your stay as booked). After all, no one else has been able to book while you’ve had it booked for three months. A month’s notice at least gives us a chance to book someone else into the room(s) you have had booked for so long.
We do Require a Credit Card Guarantee
We do require a valid credit card number both if you are booking a room or an RV site. This is to guarantee your arrival as well as against any damage to the room or site.
