Summer & Winter Motel Rates

The BraeBurn Inn has a rate structure that reflects the summer and winter seasons, as well as the amount of time you want to spend at the Inn, number of beds you need, and whether you want to bring a pet.
Our Winter rates are discounted from Summer rates. Our rates are highest for a one-night stay, and are less for multiple night stays, including special rates for 7 nights and by the month.
 Group rates are available for groups who wish to book the whole motel multiple nights. Discounts do not apply to one-night rates. To book or cancel rooms, call Pieter at 306-332-5757 afternoons or evenings. We do not take bookings or cancellations over the internet.
Corporate rates are available on request for Monday through Thursday nights (except Statutory holidays).
Pets (small dogs or cats--no others) are allowed at $20 per night per animal extra (maximum of 2 animals), but only in designated rooms. Animals must be kept on a leash on the property, feces must be "doggie-bagged" and disposed of properly on and off the property (also a town bylaw), and animals may not be left alone in a room.
